ULTEM 1000 resin  

 

ULTEM 1000 resin is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) plastic offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. This inherently flame retardant resin has UL94 V0, V2 and 5VA ratings and is RoHS compliant. ULTEM? 1000 resin is an unreinforced general purpose grade offering high heat resistance, high strength and modulus and broad chemical resistance up to high temperatures.

 

ULTEM 1000E resin

 

Transparent, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C) with internal mold release. ECO Conforming. US FDA and EU Food Contact compliant, NSF 51 Listing. Effective June, 2007 this grade will no longer be supported with biocompatibility information and should not be used for medical applications which require biocompatibility. Alternative grade HU1000E.

 

ULTEM 1000F resin

 

ULTEM 1000F resin is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) plastic offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. This inherently flame retardant resin has UL94 V0, V2 and 5VA ratings and is RoHS, US FDA and EU Food Contact compliant, with NSF 51 listing. ULTEM? 1000F resin is an unreinforced general purpose grade offering high heat resistance, high strength and modulus and broad chemical resistance up to high temperatures.

   

 

ULTEM 1000FC resin

     ULTEM 1000FC resin is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) plastic offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. ULTEM 1000FC resin is an unreinforced general purpose grade offering high heat resistance, high strength and modulus and broad chemical resistance up to high temperatures. This grade is US FDA and EU Food Contact compliant and has NSF51 listing for selected colors.

ULTEM 1000R resin is an unreinforced general purpose grade offering high heat resistance, high strength and modulus and broad chemical resistance up to high temperatures with standard flow and standard mold release.
