1、油中含有多種礦物質(zhì)和雜質(zhì)，若不沉淀過濾凈化，會影響柱塞和噴油頭工作，造成供油不均勻，油料霧化不良等現(xiàn)象，使發(fā)動機(jī)功率下降，油耗增加。因此，建議先將靜置一段時間，讓雜質(zhì)沉淀，加油時將漏斗加濾網(wǎng)過濾一下。再就是定期清洗或更換過濾器，達(dá)到凈化目的。
2、清除積炭。小型發(fā)電機(jī)在工作中，有聚合物附著在氣門、氣門座、噴油嘴和活塞頂部。這些積炭會增加油耗，應(yīng)及時清除。
3、不要超負(fù)荷作業(yè)。小型發(fā)電機(jī)超負(fù)荷作業(yè)時會冒黑煙，這是沒有充分燃燒的燃油排放。只要小型發(fā)電機(jī)常冒黑煙，就會增大油耗，還會縮短零部件的使用壽命。
4、定期檢查，及時修理。要做到眼勤、手勤，要定期或不定期地檢查機(jī)械，勤養(yǎng)、勤修，牢固樹立“養(yǎng)重于治，防重于修”的觀念，不要讓機(jī)械帶病作業(yè)。
