is a large potential market for specialties with fast moving and requires vision, anticipation and flexibility in order to be able to cope with the competition.More and more people pay attention to body health and environment protection which will boost the environment protective products production.
TOTAL Special Fluids enter into China market three years ago and need to develop some niche products with high know how and profitable business.
International crude oil cost rocketed which will affect
Activities
- To set budget and forecast for special fluids in defined segments
- To expand niche market in silicon sealants, metal working fluids, electronic degreasing, PVC viscosity reducer paints & coating and Al rolling oil;
- To support distributors to develop niche market by joint-visits, technical seminar, etc..
- To conduct regular technical and commercial training for distributors
- To provide technical support to customers
- To improve sales turnover, profit and achieve the sales target both for volume and gross margin
- To collect marketing info for key competitors
- To collect business information for technical trends, application and market demand
Qualifications / experience required
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Metal Processing or Chemical
- Minimum 3 years of Sales and Marketing experience esp on solvent business or relevant industrials
- Good speaking and writing in English
- Good communication skill
- Good computer skills and internet application.
